Responsibilities:



  • Provide Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online (SPO) application development Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to develop SharePoint applications and workflows that increase the efficiency of Global business process and data environment
  • Document use cases and build out requirements to support the agile development of ONR Global Department SharePoint business tools
  • Provide SME recommendations to ONR Global Team sites that improve internal communications and process efficiency
  • Provide SME to configure out-of-the-box Teams/SharePoint capabilities, including workflows and lists, for ONR Global Department use cases
  • Develop Power BI financial dashboards using ONR Global financial and Navy ERP data sources
  • Develop applications using Teams/SharePoint functionality to enable routing, workflows and other automation
  • Refine developed Teams/SPO Apps and tools based on end-user test results
  • Recommend changes to the existing ONR-G Teams/SPO data structures, layouts, and content that will improved discovery, consumption and usability
  • Recommend changes to Teams/SharePoint policies, security settings, and Command issued governance/policy to improve Knowledge Management (KM) access to end users
  • Provide end-user training to newly developed Teams/SharePoint tools and applications.
  • Develop Teams/SharePoint Policy, Procedure and Functionality recommendations to promote a Rule Based/Code of Behavior KM culture.
  • Resolve Teams/SharePoint functionality and integration problems.


Salary: 80k+ dependent upon education and experience

Work Schedule: Remote
