Location: Carmichaels, PA Salary: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, based on business needs
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electronic Technician to join our team, ensuring the timely delivery of equipment in line with operational demands. The Electronic Technician will play a critical role in improving maintenance efficiency, reducing nonproductive time, and enhancing asset utilization within the Maintenance Base (MB).
Key Responsibilities
Maintain assigned equipment in accordance with the established maintenance program, adhering to the reliability-centered maintenance strategy and utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Ensure transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to accurately record materials, supplies, labor costs, and equipment maintenance history, including movements, work orders, parts used, and time to maintain.
Comply with TLM Product Line standards.
Contribute to a continuous improvement culture by participating in initiatives and improvement plans within the MB to enhance asset utilization and reduce the cost of service delivery (CoSD).
Support efforts to improve asset turnaround time by reducing downtime due to maintenance, parts issues, return authorization numbers, failures, and work-in-process.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.
Implement CoSD projects, including planned repairs and parts reuse.
Participate in failure investigations as assigned.
Adhere to the TLM Competency Management System.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Electronic Technician or in a similar role.
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems is preferred.
Strong understanding of reliability-centered maintenance principles.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM shifts, based on business needs.
Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
