The Financial Analyst will support the company with timely, accurate and meaningful financial information to include financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial and cost analysis. General

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast company performance. Assist in the preparation of financial scenarios and projections. Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. Analyze key financial metrics, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights. Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to support decision-making. Conduct cost-benefit analysis and evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives. Collaborate with operational teams to optimize costs and improve efficiency. Compile and analyze financial data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain and update financial databases and reports. Contribute to strategic planning by providing financial insights and recommendations. Work closely with leadership to align financial goals with overall company objectives. Other responsibilities as assigned. Min USD $65,000.00/Yr. Max USD $75,000.00/Yr.

Qualifications

Physical and Mental Requirements:

The Financial Analyst must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and lead others to create, develop and implement project process improvement(s). The Financial Analyst must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients, and business partners. The Financial Analyst must have proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s). This includes the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. The Financial Analyst must be able to travel within branch territory and/or regional territory as needed. The Financial Analyst must have the ability to learn Company and customer project and accounting systems. Regular attendance is mandatory Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements: Must possess a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Advanced degree in Accounting, CPA or CMA preferred. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; willingness to accept responsibility for projects/processes and ability to work with limited direct supervision, highly motivated, resourceful. Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Must have prior working experience as a Financial Analyst with expertise in financial modeling and analysis. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere. Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company. Must have 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience on large projects $2M+ Must have experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close processes. Must have experience with creating financial statements. Must be an advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project). Must be proficient with accounting software. Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
