Job Summary:
- The Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Technology Recruiter to execute customized recruitment strategies and attract talent to client. This role involves full life cycle recruiting, from direct sourcing to offer negotiation. Must have previous corporate recruitment experience supporting a technology function.
Role Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Design and implement customized recruitment strategies.
- Manage a requisition load of up to 25 openings.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on staffing, sourcing, and market trends.
- Craft job descriptions and assess candidates.
- Coach hiring managers on recruitment techniques.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on recruiting campaigns.
- Stay informed on recruiting challenges, trends, and labor laws.
- Utilize data and reporting to analyze recruiting effectiveness.
- Partner with the Diversity Strategy team for diverse talent acquisition
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree highly desirable.
- 4+ years of experience recruiting for technology, strategy, and data analytics roles.
- Experience in financial services recruitment is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in competitive talent markets with advanced sourcing techniques in a corporate environment across all platforms with a focus on modern technology, AI, Cloud, Data, Security, etc.
- Strong focus on diversity in recruiting.
- Excellent client and candidate service.
- Highly experienced in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills.
- Strong consultation and negotiation skills with superior communication.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
