Job Summary: The Managed Services GTM Director is a multi-faceted, challenging role responsible for driving the growth and integration of Managed Services across all BDO technology solutions, with a strong focus on the evolving needs of the mid-market. This leader must possess excellent client-facing skills, deep expertise in Managed Services, and a passion for delivering innovative, scalable, and secure solutions. The Director will leverage emerging trends such as AI-driven automation, advanced analytics, and industry-specific managed services to ensure BDO's offerings remain competitive and relevant. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to influence and develop relationships with both technical and business stakeholders. The Director's primary responsibilities include supporting various practices on Managed Services Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and execution, evangelizing managed services internally and externally, and leading growth strategy and cross-selling initiatives. The Director will collaborate with consulting, advisory, and business development teams to design integrated solutions that combine managed services with broader consulting offerings, maximizing value for clients and positioning BDO as a trusted advisor in digital transformation and operational resilience. The Firm provides comprehensive Managed Services to mid-market and enterprise organizations. This includes outsourced IT Helpdesk/Service Desk, Traditional Infrastructure (NOC), Hybrid Public Cloud (Cloud Ops), Cyber (SOC), custom applications and enterprise business applications such as D365/Power Platform/FinOps/CRM, NetSuite, Salesforce, Oracle and Dayforce. Job Duties:
- Leads the development and execution of a unified Managed Services GTM strategy across all technology solution areas, including cloud, cybersecurity, business applications, and digital transformation, with a focus on expanding into the mid-market
- Identifies and capitalizes on emerging trends in managed services, such as AI/ML, automation, and advanced cybersecurity, to enhance service delivery and client outcomes
- Drives the expansion of Managed Services into new and existing mid-market segments, tailoring solutions to address industry-specific challenges and regulatory requirement
- Promotes Managed Services in the market, within BDO Digital, BDO USA, and globally with partner firms, positioning BDO as a leader in comprehensive, scalable managed services.
- Leads solution development and work closely with key internal Go-To-Market groups on partnerships, opportunity management, and cross-sell initiatives
- Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the Managed Services practice, emphasizing innovation, client success, and continuous learning
- Prepares and delivers formal and informal presentations for internal/external meetings, public events, webinars, panels, and other speaking opportunities to evangelize BDO's Managed Services capabilities
- Oversees the development of sales enablement tools, case studies, and reference architectures to support business development and client engagement
- Implements metrics and KPIs to measure GTM effectiveness, client satisfaction, and business growth, using data-driven insights to refine strategy and execution
- Manages tasks to ensure timely completion and drive results to grow IT Services
- Works closely with the BDO Business Development team to build and manage pipelines, secure new business, and expand client relationships

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Education:
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Bachelor's degree, with a focus in Technology, preferred
Experience:
- Fifteen (15) or more years of IT Infrastructure, Information Security, IT Managed Services or similar professional experience delivering pre/post and go to market sales solutions within an IT Managed Services Provider, required
- Ten (10) or more years client facing consulting experience, required
- Ten (10) or more years of strong sales experience - building and managing pipelines as well as securing new business, required
- Strong experience in infrastructure and cloud tools, technologies, and solutions, required
- Five (5) or more years experienced in consulting practice development, preferred
