| Description The Wash Rack Technician is responsible for washing and cleaning of equipment inventory. Entry level position - The Wash Rack Technician 1 relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform functions of the job and has basic knowledge of standard and technical concepts, practices, and procedures.  Essential Functions: 
  
 Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and MissionWashes and cleans machines and equipment in preparation for inspection and possible repairInspects and performs check-out and check-in proceduresDocuments the condition of equipment before and after utilization Occasionally assist with routine inspections, minor repairs, and general maintenanceMaintains equipment inventory systems per standard operating proceduresAssists with equipment demonstrations and loading and unloading of equipment Requires regular and punctual employee attendance Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standardsPerforms other duties as assigned

 Education and Experience: 
  
 High school diploma or equivalent preferredOne or more years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is preferred

 Regularly works indoors around moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to weather extremes when working outside in conditions that include inclement weather, heat, cold, and humidityNoise level may be loud at timesExposure to small quantities of chemicals, steam, high-pressure water, and high speed rotating equipmentSignificant time spent in confined spaces and high places
