Location: Brazil, Indiana (onsite)

Annual Compensation: $80,000.00

The Program Manager leads base operations to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-focused care. This role supports team performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction while aligning with company protocols and values.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Provide guidance and oversight to base teams, including clinical staff and indirect leadership of pilots and mechanics.
  • Manage hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions for clinical crew.
  • Develop and manage the base's annual budget and business goals.

Customer & Community Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead local marketing, public relations, and government relations efforts.
  • Ensure internal processes align with customer expectations.

Operational & Fiscal Oversight

  • Monitor and manage base financial performance.
  • Analyze variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Support business development and appropriate use of transport services.

Collaboration & Representation

  • Participate in leadership meetings and represent the company at local events.
  • Coordinate base leadership team meetings and initiatives.

Qualifications:
Education & Industry Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Clinical background (RN, paramedic, or respiratory care) preferred.
  • At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
