Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to gain valuable experience in accounting and administrative support? We're looking for a motivated Entry-Level Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a leave through the end of September. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in finance or administration.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Accurately process vendor invoices and employee expense reports



  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately



  • Assist with data entry and general administrative support tasks



  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies



  • Support other accounting or office tasks as needed




Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED required



  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (in progress or completed) is a plus



  • 6 months - 1 year of Accounts Payable or related office/administrative experience



  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel proficiency



  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through



  • Comfortable working with numbers and handling repetitive tasks efficiently

  • This is a temporary, on-site role supporting our team during a leave of absence
