Requirements



  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)
  • 5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, cost accounting principles, and Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) & QuickBooks
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills



Senior Accountant Key Responsibilities



  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage general ledger activities and ensure accurate, timely month-end close.
  • Perform cost accounting tasks, including standard cost updates, variance analysis, and margin reporting.
  • Reconcile inventory across systems and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls.
  • Assist with audits by providing documentation and addressing inquiries.
  • Analyze financial data to highlight trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with operations teams to align financials with production performance.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance accounting accuracy and efficiency.



Pay | $45 per hour

Schedule | Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)
