Join our dynamic Product, Portfolio & Solution Management (PP) and Product Management (PRM) teams! We're looking for passionate individuals to drive the lifecycle of Nokia's cutting-edge products and services, from initial concept and market launch to ongoing optimization. You'll play a key role in resource allocation, strategic planning, go-to-market strategies, and ensuring our offerings perfectly align with market needs and business objectives. This involves close collaboration with R&D, technology teams, and market stakeholders (operators and end-users) to ensure successful product development and positioning.


  • Analyse and translate customer outdoor cabinet solution requirements to product definition and requirement towards 3rd party vendors.
  • Analyse offers of 3rd party vendors, and contribute to product creation, commercialization, sales enablement and sales support.
  • Product know-how on the main components of the outdoor cabinet solution: enclosures, cooling/heating systems, power supply systems, batteries, distribution of AC, DC and PON infrastructure items, telecom equipment.
  • Product end qualification support (according to NA standards) for components and solutions (mechanical, safety, thermal, EMC).
  • Supervision of new product introduction, validation first article inspection.
  • Contribution marketing information for outdoor cabinet solutions
  • Influence and develop partnerships with other organizations within the Company with dissimilar objectives in order to satisfy internal and external customer needs; must manage external business relationships.
  • Has international customer facing experience.
  • Manage development and implementation of new components and/or enhancements in order to reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement solutions which incorporate new technologies or system development, requiring extensive cross-organization negotiation.
  • Function effectively and flexibly in an unstructured, rapidly changing and competitive environment while maintaining a working knowledge of a multiplicity of services
  • Is a team player and is flexible to travel, has customer-facing experience.

Educational Requirements:

Engineer/Master in telecommunications and/or computer science and/or electro-mechanical engineering

Specialized Knowledge Required:

* Experience with deployment services

* At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design work

* Broad knowledge of technologies relevant: industrial power systems, stored energy solutions, copper and fiber cross connectivity systems, cooling systems

* Experience with Third Party management
