Our financial client is looking for an Executive Admin supporting the CIO & COO of Global Markets Technology. This role will sit in midtown NYC 3 days per week MUST HAVE: Experience managing multiple international calendars for C-Suite leadership Excellent organizational skills which includes mailbox management, calendar management, travel management Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SAP Concur Job Duties: Seeking an intelligent, ambitious Executive Admin/Project Coordinator to our Managing Director and COO to provide proactive support with daily business tasks, projects and more *You will provide proactive support for documentation, scheduling, research, create/edit Power Point decks, outreach, and correspondence etc *This will include but not limited to projects, scheduling of meetings, research, daily business tasks, build/edit Power Point decks for presentations, conduct outreach, manage a high level of correspondence and more *Manage daily scheduling of appointments, internal and external meetings, and other activities *Manage and coordinate offsite events, meetings, and speaking engagements *Proactively assess what is needed for upcoming meetings and appointments *Create, update, edit and manage Power Point Presentations as requested *Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents and correspondence *Maintain records and files including confidential files Requirements: *To perform successfully at this role, we need a well-organized, agile, critical thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment *You must have the ability to think ahead, and be resourceful, look around the corner to anticipate next steps and deliver projects on time *The candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including an expert in Excel and Power Point creation and editing *Experience as a Project Manager and/or Executive Assistant supporting a busy MD/COO with exceptional interpersonal skills is needed *Additional Skills & Qualifications* The resource needs to have supported C-Suite stakeholders in international time zones such as London *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
