ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:



  • Identify and centralize recurring reports and data utilized on a daily basis to communicate performance, downtime, waste, etc.
  • Utilize SQL database logic, Excel, and/or Power BI to centralize and optimize the access to reports with a mindset of providing "real time" connection to decision makers.
  • As a knowledge expert on reporting, recommend additional reports or data points that help our leaders know and understand their business.
  • Design data analytics architecture.
  • Present quarterly report to the Core Team defining critical needs, source gaps and outline objectives for the next quarter.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.)



  • Enrollment in an accredited degree program, with emphasis on Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or similar
  • Completion of prerequisite courses (Quantitative Business Analysis, Operations Management, Accounting Principles II)
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate utilizing written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be well organized and able to prioritize workload.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite.

  • Constant sitting
  • Frequent carrying and lifting 0-10 pounds, repetitive hand movement, reading, writing, reasoning/analyzing, and social interaction.
  • Occasionally carrying and lifting 10-30 pounds, standing/walking, bending/twisting, pushing/pulling, reaching above shoulder, and calculating.
