As the Influencer & Creator Strategy Manager, you will lead the development and execution of scalable influencer and advocacy strategies that connect with learners in meaningful, social-first ways. You will shape and manage creator-led campaigns, build long-term relationships with creators and employee advocates, and drive content strategies that amplify Microsoft's skilling mission across platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging channels. ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day execution of influencer and creator campaigns for brand, product, and skilling moments-from sourcing talent to briefing, approvals, and content delivery.Collaborate with internal teams (social, comms, brand, product marketing) and agency partners to align creator work with broader campaign strategies.Build and manage long-term relationships with creators, ambassadors, and internal employee advocates to ensure consistent, credible storytelling.- Develop content strategies and campaign briefs that align creator efforts with business goals, brand tone, and audience needs.Lead the strategy and content planning for an employee advocacy program that supports internal storytelling and social sharing.Monitor and measure campaign performance using platform insights and KPI tracking to inform optimization and future planning.Stay ahead of creator trends, platform innovations, and culturally relevant moments to keep Microsoft's voice relevant and authentic across audiences.Other: Embody our Culture and Values |
