As a Custom Consulting Sales Executive in our Custom Consulting Team, you will step into a role where you lead, orchestrate and drive customer value by being at the heart of custom deal making in a sales capacity. ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will lead and orchestrate customer value through complex deal making, tackle our customers major business challenges, and accelerate your career growth by leveraging cutting-edge solutions to drive our most transformational projects. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Partnering with local leaders and their sales teams, establishing partnerships and driving a consistent Cross-CSA (cloud solution area) approach aligned to company strategy and applying a regional approach to meet customer needs. Stakeholder engagement withstrategic partnership teams (SPT) and Area MCAPSSales teams.Bringing impactful technology and industry insights into customer engagements and closes deals with customers, and coaches and influences others internally on how to do this. Leverage deep sales & delivery experience to drive a consultative sale and build trust with C level executives. Influencing Microsoft's strategic direction across various markets. Leading a virtual cross-organizational team on strategic projects and high impact solution sales deployments that enable digital transformation and deliver business value. Leveraging CSA assets and consulting IP (functions and industry) to deliver customer transformation.Actively participating in the sales planning, orchestration and deal closure leveraging Microsoft's sales methodology. Shaping and selling custom consulting solutions with technical acumen that maximize Microsoft investments. Providing deal coaching and shaping by encouraging cross area learning and insights within the solution area to the value of both our customers and wider Microsoft teams. Working seamlessly with the wider account team, building and strengthening relationships across the Microsoft teams to drive consumption; putting AI at the forefront of everything we do. Continuously building sales expertise, learning and evolving Transformative solutions knowledge to support customers and the wider one Microsoft team and investing in personal development. |
