ResponsibilitiesAdvance strategic priorities by aligning stakeholders, streamlining operations, and ensuring the chief of staff office runs with impact and clarity. Partner directly with Xbox leadership and their chief of staff to ensure clarity, accountability, and momentum across all parts of the business. Create alignment by providing an objective point of view, ensuring all voices are heard, synthesizing ideas, and creating an action plan. Influence and evolve the Xbox LT (Leadership Team) rhythm of business to drive transparency, accountability and decision-making. Drive cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and to manage complex business needs. Anticipate executive needs, triage priorities, and proactively follow through on key decisions and actions. Maintain agility while bringing structure to highly dynamic work.
