Requirements

• 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Basic computer skills for logging maintenance activities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks in various environments

Facility Maintenance Technician Summary

Support the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the apparel manufacturing facility. Be responsible for maintaining building systems, infrastructure, and grounds to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on facility systems (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical)
• Conduct routine inspections of the building, equipment, and systems
• Maintain and repair interior and exterior facility structures, including walls, floors, ceilings, doors, and windows
• Assist with troubleshooting HVAC units, compressors, and building controls
• Monitor and maintain facility safety equipment, including emergency lighting and fire extinguishers
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized facility repairs or inspections
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Respond promptly to facility-related requests and emergencies
