Inventory & Production Control Coordinator

Staffmark is hiring an Inventory & Production Control Coordinator to support quality control, inventory accuracy, and production documentation. This role is essential in helping ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and all material usage and inventory records are kept up to date.

Pay: $15.00/hour

Schedule: 12-hour day shift, 6 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Review production documents to verify materials, labels, and product styles against sales orders
• Calculate material usage for repack runs and update inventory using Excel
• Monitor active production runs for accuracy and timely completion
• Maintain job run time worksheets and update documentation
• Record inventory transactions in WorkFlow system for accounting purposes
• Prepare production and shipping documents
• Work closely with Quality Control and production teams to support accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in inventory, production support, or administrative roles
• Experience as a Clerk or in Accounting/Accounts Receivable is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, spreadsheets)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good math skills, including unit and weight conversions
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs
