Staffmark is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Carson, CA. You will coordinate with logistics, customer service, and quality teams to manage shipment details, assign carriers and routes, and track shipments. This role also supports shipping and receiving as needed and requires completing all assigned trainings. Pay: $18/hour \| 1st Shift Responsibilities: Communicate shipment information across teams Compile carrier and route assignments Track and update shipment status Support shipping and receiving backup tasks Complete required trainings Required Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) Experience creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) Data entry (dock receipts, ship lists, etc.) Email follow-up, scanning, and filing Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience Drayage and dispatching experience preferred but not required Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
