IC Equipment Specialist, Entry Level, M-F second shift Job Locations

Overview We are looking for an Entry Level IC Equipment Specialist in the Microcircuit Emulation Center at SRI International (formerly Sarnoff Corporation) which will support the manufacturing of microcircuits (integrated circuits). Through SRI's Generalized Emulation of Microcircuits (GEM) and Advanced Microcircuit Emulation (AME) programs, the Microcircuit Emulation Center supplies form, fit, function, and interface replacements for obsolete microcircuits. Check out our work! This capability supports production, redesign, and sustainment requirements for the life of a weapon system. SRI's Microcircuit Emulation Center is a government-supported, U.S.-based Trusted foundry. Experience as a technician is welcome but we are willing to train. Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, manufacturing support, and regular preventative and/or corrective maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment including electrical, mechanical or software installation, comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, and repairs to non-functioning equipment.
Qualifications
The salary range is: $26.49-$35.10/hr. Salary ranges will vary and are based on several factors, including geographic location, market competitiveness and equity amongst internal employees in similar roles. Positions may also qualify for SRI's Pay for Outstanding Performance program or the annual Performance Based Compensation program.
