POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides rehabilitation therapy and case management services to patients and clients in a mobile treatment program.

COMPETENCIES:

A. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field.

B. Knowledge:
Knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field. One to two years of relevant experience required, with at least one year in vocational rehabilitation preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

C. Skills:




  • Strong analytical skills to resolve problems using basic scientific, mathematical, or technical principles.



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism in challenging interpersonal situations.




D. Licensure/Certification:
No licensure, certification, or registration required.




Salary Range: Minimum $23.00/hour - Maximum $37.97/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
