Location: HYBRID - Denton, TX
Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 DOE

The Human Resource Generalist will manage and support the day-to-day HR partnership needs with Med Trans, Eagle Med, Seven Bar operations as a trusted advisor to business staff, helping to align HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and growth. You will play a key role in our HR commitment to excellence, shaping our culture, embodying HR key competencies, and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • The Human Resource Generalist will support the implementation of HR strategies and tactics that align with business goals and objectives, applying strong HR business acumen to ensure solutions are both people-centered and operationally effective.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, including employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence-including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, People Services, Labor Relations, Benefits, and Compensation-to ensure seamless support for operational needs.
  • Partner with the local operations teams to support and assist in resolving employee relations concerns and conflicts, conducting investigations as needed, and ensuring fair and consistent application of performance management, workforce management and hiring needs.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations related to HR policies and processes.
  • Analyze HR data sets and metrics with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Support HR-related projects and initiatives, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Periodic travel to operations, creating strong rapport and building partnership support.
  • Apply financial awareness to support cost-effective HR solutions and contribute to budgeting and workforce planning discussions.
  • Effective project manager approach, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exemplify excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in human resources
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • HR Certification (SHRM or HRCI) and/or Bachelor's degree (desirable)
  • Experience in healthcare (preferred)
  • Experience in FAA and DOT-regulated roles, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards (preferred)
