Description
This position is part of the Loan Servicing Department, which is responsible for the onboarding of loans to the core system as well as maintenance to the core system as needed for the life of the loan. Our team works closely with Collateral Management and Consumer Originations within Loan Operations. The Loan Servicing Specialist will board Consumer Purpose loans to the core system using signed loan documents and assist the team with the system audit of new loan boardings. Process the funding of Consumer Retail Home Equity Loans and Consumer Retail Non-Equity DocuSign loans. This individual could also be asked to assist in the Loan Servicing general queue for requests. Requests could include but are not limited to processing loan advances, producing payoff letters, escrow disbursements, report monitoring, ensuring customer payments are posted accurately and working closely with banking centers and loan officers to ensure exceptional service is delivered Responsibilities include:
Position Requirements Candidates must possess 1-3 years applicable experience in a related banking role that is highly detailed and audit-oriented to be considered. Additional requirements include:
