Job Summary: The Project Support Assistant for Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) is responsible for overseeing purchasing of project-related CEMS equipment, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with industry standards, and coordination between departments. The role requires strong organizational, technical, and communication skills to facilitate the production of high-quality systems that meet regulatory and environmental compliance requirements. Supervisory Responsibilities: * Duties/Responsibilities: * Generate project related work orders and other related tasks. * Create, maintain, and close out Bill of Materials for each project with labor costs, shipping, etc * Order materials and track delivery, providing updates to the project manager and production teams on a regular basis * Provides office and clerical support including preparation of correspondence, receipt and distribution of incoming and outgoing documents, and related duties including entering documents into project * Provides administrative assistance and clerical support with regards to supplies/purchases to support project teams * Receives and files all incoming and outgoing documentation in regard to projects * Prepares and maintain files in accordance with project procedures * Assists in special reports as requested by Project Management Team * Organizes and schedules project-related meetings, ensuring each meeting has an agenda and other meeting documents * Attend project meetings (internal and external) in person when necessary * Assist with review of specifications for quotes and proposals, including worksheet reviews of proposals * Prepare project documentation at the guidance of the project manager (spare parts lists Required Skills/Abilities: * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities * Valid Driver's license * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Excel, NetSuite,) * Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite * Must be able to work independently and unsupervised Education and Experience: * Associates or bachelor's degree * Knowledge of Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) or related technologies preferred Physical Requirements: * Ability to distinguish between shades of color * Climbing ladders and/or stairs * Constant standing or walking Employee Benefits: Key Benefits Include:
In compliance with applicable Pay Transparency laws, Alliance Technical Group provides a range of compensation for job postings within locations that have these requirements. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. The pay range for this entry-level role is $18-$25 per hour. The final pay rate for this role will be determined on specific hands-on experience in the CEMS industry and not general project assistant background.
