Overview

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

This position works closely with the Demand Management Owner, to facilitate the successful execution and improvement of the demand management process throughout the change lifecycle. This position completes work tasks embedded in the demand process, including intake, evaluation of requirements, approval, testing oversight, and production change planning. This position will ensure each process step follows all applicable IT or ESM standards. The individual will be a forward thinker who will work closely with the Demand Manager to mature the demand management process across the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing the demand process based on direction and prioritization criteria provided by the Demand Manager
  • Work closely with the Demand Manager and participate in daily/weekly meetings with the software development team to ensure scheduled and escalated work is brought to completion
  • Participate in demand prioritization, escalation conversations and meetings with appropriate stakeholders and groups
  • Participate in requirement gathering or technical consult sessions with internal business customers and software developers when needed.
  • Review dashboards and reports that capture key metrics on demand fulfilment, backlog management, and roadmap progress and provide data analysis to Demand Manager and other key stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an inherent ability to multi-task
  • Possesses a good working knowledge of the ServiceNow and Jira platform and applications
  • Sound foundation and working knowledge of ITSM processes, with an emphasis on Change Management a plus
  • License or Certification Type: ITIL Certification Preferred, Six Sigma Preferred
  • Experience in an Agile work environment including scrum calls, sprint planning and execution is a plus

The base pay for this position is generally between $90,000 and $125,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
