FP&A Systems Analyst

FP&A Systems Analyst will be responsible for the following:

- Drive the development and maintenance of financial reporting used by senior leaders for actuals, forecast, and budget.

- Manage forecast, budget, and actual scenarios, along with key premise and historical data.

- Support the preparation of key deliverables for monthly business reviews.

- Lead the administration and maintenance of the OneStream (previously HFM) platform

- Collaborate closely with regional Finance teams to ensure timely and complete submission of data and accurate financial insights.
- Train and assist finance users across regions on how to navigate and leverage OneStream effectively.
- Collaborating with regional finance teams to ensure they can access and report required financial information.
- Partner with international FP&A controllers to ensure global data consistency

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance; or related
• 5+ years of professional work experience
• 2+ years of experience in Finance
• Experience in financial data systems management
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting adjustments
• Comfortable working with large datasets and translating numbers into insights
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with financial planning and reporting tools such as OneStream, SAP, Essbase, or HFM
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts for finance users
• Passion for process improvement and enabling smarter decision-making through systems
• Self-motivated, proactive and a self-starter
