Schedule: Monday - Thursday (with some Fridays)

Hours: 7:00am - 5:30pm

The Lead Warehouse Worker is responsible for leading a production line of Warehouse Worker who will select, bundle and organize products in preparation for loading and delivery to clients. Ensures workplace health and safety requirements are met and takes ownership and responsibility for the security of the warehouse facility and stock.

• Must have good leadership skills
• Experience with packaging and quality checking orders on a production line
• Inventory handling
• Order fulfillment
• Assist with various duties as needed within the warehouse
• Good computer skills
• Comfortable with training employees
• Assisting with picking/packing orders on a production line
• This position will also be a backup driver when a Delivery Driver will be on PTO (Delivery driving would be Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday as needed)
• Must be comfortable with operating a 26ft box truck

Compensation

Competitive pay

• Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels
• Weekly pay, every Thursday
• Holiday Pay for company recognized holidays

• High school diploma or Equivalent, and you must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least two (2) years' experience in warehouse/commissary operation, including the physical control and movement of inventory preferred.
• Must have reasoning ability to solve basic, practical problems and understand a variety of instructions.
