We Require
Six months of office clerical experience, which includes customer service High school diploma or GED A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis

Job Contributions
Manage the department file request process Create and update case management system records Handle the delivery and pick-up of physical case files among various departments Answer the telephone; screen, log, and direct calls to the appropriate staff Move boxes and other large items; handle minor office housekeeping duties Manage and track file transfers to and from off-site storage with outside vendors; coordinate file destruction based on an established schedule Perform miscellaneous routine clerical tasks
Working Conditions
Work is conducted in a typical office environment in close physical proximity with others, with frequently changing tasks, frequent public contact, and exposure to traumatic subject matters (crime scenes, accidents, etc.) Ability to lift 25-50 pounds floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead; carry 25-50 pounds 100 feet, and push/pull 25-50 pounds a distance of 1000 feet Must possess or obtain a valid Arizona driver's license upon hire Hybrid and alternative work schedule options are available after training based on business needs
