Job Description The Employment Development Specialist position will be responsible for developing community employment opportunities and providing community-based job development, as well as supporting advancement opportunities for low-income parents with barriers to employment. The person in this position will work in consultation with the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) team during the entire employment process for an individual. Primary Duties Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review.
