Pay Range: $45-75

*Onsite Only*

Document Management Tasks:

-Maintaining and organizing engineering documents, drawings, specifications, and technical manuals, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Project Support Tasks:

-Assisting with project scheduling, tracking progress, and updating stakeholders on milestones.

*Communication:

-Serving as a point of contact for the engineering department, responding to inquiries, and facilitating communication between different teams.

Administrative Tasks:

-Handling correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

-Record Keeping, maintaining financial and other types of records, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.

-Quality Assurance - supporting quality audits and inspections, and ensuring adherence to established procedures.

Procurement- Assisting with resource allocation and procurement for engineering projects.

Office Management:

-Ordering and maintaining office supplies, managing equipment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the engineering office.

Skills and Qualifications:

-Organizational Skills:

-Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records.

-Communication Skills:

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues, -clients, and other stakeholders.

-Technical Proficiency:

-Competency in using computer software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and project management tools.

-Attention to Detail:

-Ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks, including document management and record keeping.

-Problem-Solving Skills:

-Ability to identify and resolve issues, both independently and as part of a team.

-Adaptability-Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.

-Confidentiality -Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
