About the role:

This role is Hybrid in our Jacksonville, FL location (three days in-office - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - two days virtual - Monday and Friday)

In this Product Management role, you'll benefit from our heavy investment in R&D as you build and roll-out new products for the rapidly-changing fintech landscape. In order to advance the way the world pay, banks and invests, you'll manage life-cycle planning activities for the delivery of new products and ensure changes in market and business priorities are reflected.

What you will be doing:

  • Help define product functionalities required in specifications, maintain and publish the product guide, maintain test cases, and ensure client bulletins are being disseminated with upcoming changes.
  • Contribute toward documentation on technical and operational standard for the Filtered Spend merchant network, including network rules, as they become applicable
  • Work with Merchants, Integrators and Facilitators to interpret and adopt standards as they change.
  • Meet with new integrators, facilitators and merchants to determine scope of product certification/implementation handover.
  • Design optimal integration flow for each integrator, prenote facilitator and merchant to ensure compatibility with current and future use cases.
  • Maintain product testing requirements, including test card standards, and standards for operational management of test card distribution.
  • Keep records of network participants' functionalities, including product support, exceptions granted, versioning, etc. to help issuing network participants educate their cardholders.
  • Understand and document the consumer experience at each merchant location, including bi-annual street testing
  • Create and disseminate technical and operational training documentation, including implementation procedures, system handoffs, configurations, etc.

What you will need:

  • General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry and associated products.
  • Experience with APIs, solution design, and client relationship management.
  • A bachelor's in business or marketing or the equivalent experience.
