Job Title: Engineering Project Manager
Location: Bradenton FL (hybrid)

Join a dynamic team leading cross-discipline engineering projects from concept to completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for driving engineering excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize multiple engineering projects across disciplines
• Lead major project components, ensuring alignment with budget and timelines
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams
• Standardize engineering processes and best practices
• Collaborate with leadership on system design and production transition
• Perform system-level analyses and risk assessments (e.g., FMEA)
• Communicate project updates and milestones effectively
• Deliver presentations using MS PowerPoint

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years in engineering project management
• 3+ years managing engineered product development

Preferred

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Experience with regulatory bodies, Agile methods, and Fire Products
• Background in cross-functional, global teams
