Hours & Pay Details



  • Compensation Structure:

    • $0.62 per mile
    • Layover: $30
    • Drop & Hook: $8.97
    • Delay (after 1 hour): $27
    • Stop Pay:

      • 0-50 units: $27
      • 51-100 units: $54
      • 101-150 units: $81
      • 151+ units: $108




  • Annual Earnings Potential: $90,000-$100,000
  • Route Type: Long-haul OTR (Over-the-Road)
  • Schedule: Varies based on route demand



What You'll Need to Qualify



  • Minimum 1 year of CDL A experience within the last 3 years
  • Valid CDL A license and current DOT Medical Card
  • Registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse
  • No more than 3 combined violations/accidents in the past 3 years
  • Clean MVR and ability to pass all required screenings
  • Touch freight with occasional customer assistance on-site
  • Comfortable operating new Freightliner sleeper trucks equipped with APU and refrigerator
