Hours & Pay

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM (1st Shift Only)
• Pay Rate: $16.53 per hour
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble and kit tools into designated tool bags
• Load completed tool kits into packaging bins or containers
• Label containers and pallets for accurate shipment tracking
• Inspect products and packaging to meet quality specifications
• Use a hand scanner to process product orders
• Safely operate a forklift to move inventory (training provided if needed)
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free workspace
• Adhere to all company safety and quality standards
• Work effectively in a warm manufacturing environment during the summer

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in high-temperature conditions and stand for extended periods
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
