Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Newark, NJ 07102 (Hybrid) Duration: 8+ Months Summary This position is in support of the Alternative renovation project, moving the Alternative assets from the Investran accounting system to the PAM accounting system. This project requires a seasoned business analyst/tester experienced with large system conversion projects. The project will require the candidate to assist with setup/configuration and develop the requirements for utilities, reporting and interfaces working with our business partners in O&I. Candidate will work with the development team on the design and testing once development is completed. They will also coordinate with Operations using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Skills and application knowledge: * Strong Business Analysis skills * Strong communication skills * Accountability * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively * Experiences with Agile methodologies * JIRA knowledge * Cognos reporting experience * Oracle/MS Query/DBeaver experience * Experience with Alternative assets is preferred but not required. * PAM investment accounting software and/or Investran (legacy system for alternatives) experience is a plus. | |
