Director NI & Supply Chain Controlling
Your main responsibilities
PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW: As a key member of the CFO leadership team, the Director assumes a strategic role for the NI & Supply Chain operations driving a $2.4B revenue and $316M MR operation. Responsible for closing analysis by cost centers/areas, by branches by the businesses/product lines and by single orders (NI & Supply Chain jobs) and coordinates, with the operations, actions in case of deviations. Control and report the Planning Process (Rough Plan, Forecast and Budget). Monitor, report and analyze the risks and opportunities of the financial development of the company against the targets including proposals for remedial actions and improvements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Lead the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll. * Provide Leadership guidance and support to NI, and Supply Chain Controller. * Support CFO in driving business efficiency and profitability in the Business Controlling Area. * Work closely with NI and Supply Chain leadership teams in setting the yearly targets and driving the profitability and efficiency in these areas. * Lead the Budgeting process for NI Product Line and Supply Chain * Lead and drive NI Product Line budgeting and costing for SEC * Analyze deviations from job pre-calculation (NI & Supply Chain), communicate, coordinate, and ensure actions are taken by the functional areas. * Identify causes of deviations and communicate to the relevant business leaders. * Supervises and participates in the preparation of various financial statements and reports. * Directs the installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures. * Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records. * Directs and participates in cost analyses and rate studies. * Prepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues. * Directs internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls. * Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems. * Coordinates preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting. * Reviews financial statements with management personnel. * Directs the installation and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls.
What you bring
- Bachelor's dregree required.Finance or Finance Management Major preferred.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Functional/Technical Expertise
- 10-15 yeas of leadership experience in Finance.
