This Senior Financial Analyst willprovide financial support and expertise to the company's Central R&D Support Group including financial forecasting, analysis, and accounting/technical support. In this role, you will provide direct financial oversight to over $200M operating and capital budget. With direct access to VP level executives, this individual provides budgetary oversight as well as analytical support for management decisions.

• Manage financial forecast process and reporting
• • Coordinate all aspects of financial planning and reporting, Guide and educate business partners in the preparation of annual operating budgets. Perform periodic updates.
  • Present budget and analysis in a comprehensive and easy-to-understand format. Interprets financial results. Assess risks and opportunities. Offer suggestions.
  • Perform scenario analysis.
• Perform monthly/quarterly close processes.Analyze actual operating results and identify key financial and operating issues.
• Responsible for Balance Sheet Review process. Prepare account reconciliations, account varianceanalysis,and other schedules as required.
• Assist with requests related to internal/external audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
• Participate in ad-hocprojects and deep-dive analyses. Provide insights to assistbusiness decision-making.
• Initiate and drive continuous process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting required. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance or financial management
• Industry knowledge not required, but preferred
• Attention to details and demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain business partner relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Collaborative team player
• Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload; effective multi-tasking skills are vital.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.

• Foundational understanding of US GAAP.
• Prior experience within technology, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills.
• SAP and Business Objects experience is highly desirable or demonstrable strong systems skills.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
