The Impact You'll Make

We are seeking a dynamic leader to expand and modernize our SharePoint Online capabilities across North America and Europe. The ideal candidate will be a passionate evangelist for advanced collaboration, blending cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, automation, and modern workflow solutions with a strong business analysis mindset. In addition to elevating our SharePoint experiences, this role will serve as the Business Analyst for SIP, our labeling solution powered by Azure Information Protection, and will manage key aspects of our Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, including contract governance, license planning, distribution, and budget management.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Collaboration & Innovation:

  • Champion and expand SharePoint Online capabilities, implementing advanced features like AI-driven insights, automation, and streamlined workflows.
  • Evangelize modern collaboration methods across business units and drive adoption of new tools through training sessions and best practices.

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:

  • Partner with business users to understand, document, and translate business requirements into detailed, actionable technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers and business partners to conceptualize, design, and execute solutions that enhance ease-of-use and drive productivity.
  • Ensure that quality assurance processes are maintained throughout release cycles.

SIP (Labeling Solution) Leadership:

  • Serve as the primary business analyst for SIP, working closely with engineering, compliance, and security teams to enhance the solution based on Azure Information Protection.
  • Analyze current labeling methodologies, gather stakeholder feedback, and propose iterative improvements to meet evolving security and compliance demands.

Enterprise Agreement Governance and Financial Oversight:

  • Oversee Microsoft Enterprise Agreement contract governance, ensuring accuracy in license planning, distribution, and compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the wider IT team for license planning, quoting and procurement.
  • Engage in budget planning and cost optimization initiatives, providing detailed forecasts and usage reports that facilitate informed decision-making.
Who We're Looking For

Technical Expertise:

  • Proven experience administering SharePoint Online and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem-with an emphasis on integrating AI, automation, and workflow solutions into collaborative environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Information Protection solutions, including SIP or similar labeling tools.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell, Office 365 CLI, or related technical administration tools is highly preferred.

Business Analysis Acumen:

  • Understanding and documenting business processes, associated details and rules.
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements, process mapping, and translating technical specifications into tangible project deliverables.
  • Exceptional communication skills that facilitate effective collaboration across technical, business, and executive teams.

Governance and Financial Planning:

  • Experience managing enterprise-level contracts, license planning, and contract compliance-ideally within the framework of a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement.
  • Strong competency in financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost management linked to technology procurement and software licensing.

Soft Skills:

  • Strategic thinker with an innovative approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to collaborate and drive tasks to conclusion.
  • Self-starter that is motivated to do the right thing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across geographically diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Manufacturing company
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in SharePoint Administration, Microsoft 365, or relevant AIP/Azure credentials.
  • Experience in roles that blend business analysis with technical project management in global settings.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

Salary

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $89,000.00 -$205,000.00.

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
