Position Overview:

As a Student Support Coach, you'll be a key player in ensuring student success at Universal Technical Institute (UTI). You'll provide personalized guidance, support, and encouragement to students throughout their learning journey, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.

What We Offer:

    $50K - $62K per year (Based upon Experience)
  • Weekends OFF
  • Paid Training


Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities:

    • Guide and mentor students: Deliver tailored coaching and unwavering support to empower students in overcoming academic hurdles and honing crucial skills.
    • Build strong relationships: Cultivate personal connections with students to create a nurturing and motivating educational atmosphere.
    • Identify and address student needs: Proactively pinpoint at-risk students and apply targeted interventions to secure their academic triumph.
    • Promote student engagement and retention: Participate in campus events and initiatives to enhance the student experience and foster a positive learning community.
    • Collaborate with campus teams: Team up with faculty, staff, and various departments to provide cohesive student support and address issues efficiently through teamwork.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience: Prior experience in education, student support, or a related field is highly valued

Skills:

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)
  • Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse populations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
