Position Summary: Direct line reporting to the Head of Professional Relations & Medical Education EMEA, responsibility for the development and execution of local Medical education strategy in line with the Zoll CMS EMEA operating plan. Geographical responsibility for (Italy - Primary Market) and (Poland and Spain - Secondary Markets). Joint responsibility with geographical management teams for Health Care Professional (HCP) programs such as congress symposia, webinars, round tables (national & local), advisory boards, expert panel meetings, fellowship programs, educational grants and the associated HCP contracts. Contact person for ESC and the respective sub-societies with EMEA-wide responsibility for related market development and education initiatives. Responsible for close collaboration with the field organization to ensure alignment on strategy and to support tactical execution of medical education programs. Accountability for collaboration with the EMEA Marketing team, the identification and development of KOL customer relationships and the deployment of programs that support ZOLL CMS therapy adoption. The Medical Education manager will function as part of the regional EMEA marketing organization, providing input to the broader EMEA commercial strategy, as well as upstream feedback to both the global marketing and product development teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work within a Matrix environment, proactively collaborating with different functional groups with the goal of executing against common objectives and goals. High degree of partnership and transparency on Med Ed programs and customer activities with Geographical Country Management (Italy, Poland and Spain). Language Skills: Ability to read, comprehend and correspond in English and Italian language required, additional European languages are a benefit but not mandatory. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Educations and/or Experience:
Location: Italy would be the preferred local, though remote working will be considered. Approximately 30% travel and some weekends required for the position. |
