Responsibilities
Job Description: The Senior Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst will apply specialized experience and knowledge to develop reports, intelligence products, and analytic assessments to provide the government customer the actionable intelligence and context that they need to drive their mission. This position is full time on-site (with flexible hours) at Crystal City, VA. Job Duties Include (but not limited to):
Use SIGINT database repositories and analytic tools to interpret meaning and synthesize multiple datasets to answer established intelligence requirements
- Understand and convey SIGINT policy in support of tactical and operational planning
- Apply experience with the characterization of complex target networks
- Fusing SIGINT data with various intelligence disciplines for analytical reports
- 60-90 day CONUS TDY per year with OCONUS deployment opportunities
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience with SIGINT, Cyber, and Digital Network Intelligence analysis and exploitation techniques, internet protocol utilization, and advanced communications technologies
- Demonstrated experience with Cyber collection, analysis, exploitation, and deep understanding of Cyber legalities, tradecraft, and methodology
- Must have proven capability working with Cyber tradecraft and methodology
- Ability to understand and work with raw data throughout collection process
- Fundamental understanding of networks (IP routing) and all seven layers of the OSI model as well as how to utilize the different layers for exploitation
- Fundamental understanding of current and legacy Telecommunication Standards (GSM, CDMA, UMTS, LTE, 5G) as well as a working knowledge of RF propagation, VHF/UHF collection and analysis, and DMR signals
- Experience compiling intelligence reports
- Ability to work next to and communicate effectively with non-SIGINTers including developers and data scientists
- Must have willingness to adapt to emerging technology and learn new skills
- Experience with direction finding, geo-location equipment, and SIGINT Geolocation Analysis (SGA) to produce data in support of various intelligence reports
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience in field related to International Relations, Homeland Security, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Information Technology.
- Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
Security Clearance:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required
