SBA Operations Representative The SBA Ops Officer position will be responsible for ensuring that all SBA loans are managed/serviced and closed according to the rules and regulations of SBA SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). SBA Operations is also responsible for servicing and monitoring the partner portfolio to ensure all the SBA SOP rules and regulations are followed. SBA Ops Officers will manage customers nationwide in all time zones for the clients in the *SBA Legacy portfolio and *Partner SBA Loan portfolio. Position Responsibilites:
- Customer Service -- Initiate and receive communication with customers.
- SBA Rules - Regulation validation -- servicing request for existing SBA customers and loan closings.
- Data Entry -- SBA govt process systems and CMA process systems.
- Order Documentation and review/ validate -- SBA SOP and CMA docs.
- Post Approval -- SBA SOP and CMA related required forms and filings.
- Compliance and Education -- SBA SOP Origination and Servicing (500+ pages) and CMA compliance.
Position Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent (GED)
- 3 years SBA experience in servicing, closing and processing
- 5 years of experience in financial service industry
Work Best Category: Category B - 3-4 days in office on designated days/1-2 days remote
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
Salary: To Be Determined Based on Individual Experience
