What you'll do:

Digital Disbursements is a fintech company, led by a team with deep industry experience and a strong track record of value creation. We operate in the digital payments space and have a proven product-market fit. We specialize in helping bring B2C payments to the digital age and are poised for significant growth in the months ahead. Digital Disbursements was acquired by Western Alliance Bank (NYSE:WAL) in January 2022 and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of WAL. The Operations Senior Analyst will be reporting to and working directly with the Director of Operations.

As a Senior Operations Analyst, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to settlement administrators and other clients within the legal banking sector. In this role, you'll manage and execute daily operational tasks to facilitate payments distribution (e.g., monitor 30-day pre-distribution sprints, including key operational actions such as payment platform testing and validating data from clients). You'll correspond with select clients (typically the class action claims administrator), draft and/or send emails that will include items such as timelines, messaging approval, payment summary, etc. with reference to templates.
  • Manage and execute daily operational tasks to facilitate payments distribution (e.g., monitor 30-day pre-distribution sprints, including key operational actions such as payment platform testing and validating data from clients).
  • Correspond with select clients (typically the class action claims administrator). Drafting and/or sending emails that will include items such as timelines, messaging approval, payment summary, etc. with reference to templates.
  • Develop and institute processes and policies in areas of operations.
  • Implement policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels.

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service or similar field.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of various word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
