*Description* The role is responsible for providing supervisory support for a group of 7-10 Financial Service Representatives within the US Client Support Center (CSC). These representatives will be new to their role and require diligent supervision to ensure success in supporting the business through a conversion to new consumer digital platforms for Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and new account onboarding. This individual will attend training with their group of representatives targeted towards preparing them to address specific client inquiry types facilitated through an inbound call queue. The Client Support Center Supervisor will be a highly organized self-driven individual, prepared to optimize the client experience being provided by their team of FSRs. *Job Duties* * You'll work in a fast-paced Client Support Center focused on providing an exceptional client experience to external clients contacting the bank/company with various banking needs. * You will be the primary support person for your team to assist with call escalations, be a subject matter expert in helping answer questions, and ensuring your team adheres to all scheduling related to queue coverage, breaks and lunches, as well as training sessions. * You will be depended upon by management to maintain acceptable service levels, address any issues in a timely and efficient manner, and foster a culture of inclusiveness and collaboration amongst the team. * You will lead by example in demonstrating the desired behaviors and expectations of the CSC leadership team. *Skills* digital banking, call center, Customer service, help desk, troubleshooting, customer service skills, Microsoft office *Qualifications* * 5+ years pf customer service banking experience as a team lead * MUST HAVE Digital Banking Experience (Digital banking is when you use technology-like your phone, computer, or tablet-to do your banking without going to a physical bank- this would eliminate teller experience, anyone from community banks or credit unions, accounting/bookkeeping profiles) * Prefers bachelors degrees *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
