We are seeking a highly skilled and self-sufficient ServiceNow HRSD Developer who can hit the ground running from day one. This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including Virtual Agent and Live Agent capabilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be ready to tackle any HRSD-related challenge with confidence and precision. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow HRSD platform based on business requirements. * Lead and support HRSD implementations, including Virtual Agent and Live Agent functionalities. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and improve HR processes and performance. * Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations. * Manage the full SDLC: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation. * Perform environment migrations (Dev QA Prod) and coordinate ServiceNow upgrades and patches. * Participate in Agile development cycles (2-week sprints). Required Qualifications: * 2+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a large enterprise environment. * Proven expertise in ServiceNow HRSD and Virtual Agent / Live Agent. * Strong experience with JavaScript, jQuery, Jelly, and Prototype scripting. * Proficiency in web technologies: APIs, CSS, XML, HTML, and Web Services. * Solid understanding of ITIL practices and how they support service lifecycle and business value. * Experience with change management and system consolidations. Preferred Qualifications: * Certified ServiceNow Administrator and/or Developer. * ITIL Certification. * Experience with Flow Designer and Service Catalog development. Details: * 100% remote * Schedule: Monday - Friday \| 8:00am - 5:00pm EST * Compensation: $60 - $70/hr. based on related experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
