Job Description We're seeking a skilled Service Technician to support commercial security systems across Beaufort County and surrounding areas. This role involves troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining access control, CCTV, and alarm systems. What You'll Do * Service and troubleshoot access control systems (Lenel, Bosch, AMAG) * Maintain and repair CCTV systems (Milestone, DMP, Avigilon, Axis) * Support fire alarms, intrusion systems, and intercoms * Install and service electrified/non-electrified locks, card readers, cameras, and door hardware * Read schematics and CAD drawings for low-voltage applications * Provide remote diagnostic support and maintain service documentation * Travel to client sites (primarily school systems) in Beaufort County, with occasional trips to Charleston or Savannah What You Bring * 2-5 years of experience with access control and CCTV systems * Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical/electronic aptitude * Familiarity with fire alarms, intrusion systems, and low-voltage hardware * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders up to 16' * High school diploma or equivalent Nice to Have * NICET Level 1 certification (or willingness to obtain) * Experience with systems like Genetec, DMP, AMAG, Milestone, Lenel * Customer service experience and strong communication skills * Understanding of Windows OS and IT network topology Why Apply? * Join a global leader in security technology * Work with cutting-edge systems including robotics, drones, and augmented tech * Long-term career/financial growth * Competitive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and more * Be part of a diverse, innovative, and inclusive team driving the future of security Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
