Summary:

In this role, you will drive marketing excellence by spearheading integrated planning, optimizing processes, establishing performance measurement frameworks, and implementing strong operational governance to enable scalable, data-driven growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Define a standardized planning methodology and implements quarterly calibration sessions to ensure consistency and continuous improvement across teams based on performance insights.

  • Evaluate current spend ratios against industry benchmarks to deliver data-driven recommendations, conduct variance analysis to align committed and actual spend, and develop a flexible reallocation framework to support agile decision-making by senior leadership.

  • Create a continuous improvement roadmap prioritizing processes by impact and urgency and establishes a cross-functional feedback loop to ensure alignment with stakeholder needs and expectations.

  • Lead cross-functional program governance to align execution with strategic business objectives, while standardizing project management methodologies, tools, and templates to ensure consistency and quality across initiatives.

  • Oversee integrated planning, risk management, and resource allocation for multiple high-impact programs.

  • Develop AI-driven, self-paced learning pathways and establishes an internal mentorship network to complement formal training and support continuous skill development.

  • Provide strategic counsel to the Chief Marketing Officer while leading cross-functional initiatives, enhancing communication and culture, and driving employee engagement and organizational performance across the marketing function.

  • Manage cross-functional initiatives, fosters communication and culture, and leads efforts in employee engagement, performance management, and decision-making across the marketing function.

  • Oversee key operational processes in partnership with cross-functional teams, including supplier selection and agency management with Procurement, OKR alignment and reporting with Corporate Strategy, and budget oversight with Finance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly desired.

  • 10 or more years of progressive experience in marketing operations, planning, or strategy required.

  • Proven experience in driving operational efficiency, strategic planning, and performance measurement within a marketing or commercial function in a large, matrixed organization.

  • Deep understanding of marketing planning cycles, campaign performance analysis, budget management, and organizational goal alignment (e.g., OKRs).

  • Strong experience implementing and managing marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, MAP, analytics tools) and data governance best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead business process improvements and scalable infrastructure development for marketing teams.

  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills with a track record of building high-performing operations teams.

  • Skilled at fostering collaboration across marketing, finance, strategy, IT, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of strategic goals.

  • Experienced in change management and navigating complex organizational dynamics.

  • Advanced analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executive leadership and influence decision-making.

  • Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and resource planning to support marketing performance and ROI optimization.

  • Willingness to travel.
