Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Content Marketing Manager to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will play a key role in executing Convergint's global content marketing strategy. This position is responsible for participating in the development and management of digital content across email, social, and web platforms to drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. Working closely with Global Marketing team, subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, the Content Marketing Manager ensures that all communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with Convergint's brand voice and value proposition. As a Content Marketing Manager, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

What you'll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"

  • Participate in the content creation, strategy and calendar aligned to IMP campaign goals, brand messaging, and customer journeys.
  • Co-create, edit, and manage a range of content assets, including whitepapers, infographics, case studies, videos, and interactive experiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all digital content.
  • Develop and manage content for email marketing programs, including campaign strategy, lead gen/nurture campaigns.
  • Manage organic social media efforts, creating and scheduling content that supports awareness, engagement, and thought leadership to support campaign goals and enablement (specifically LinkedIn).
  • Analyze and optimize performance across email and social channels.
  • Work closely with marketing, web, social, and sales to align messaging and prioritize content needs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to extract insights and develop authoritative content.
  • Work with external agencies or freelancers as needed.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Campaign Manager, etc) to measure performance and inform future content decisions.



What You'll Need



  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of diverse content
  • Experience managing email campaigns and social media channels (LinkedIn preferred)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CMS platforms, and social media scheduling tools
  • Ability to translate complex topics into compelling, audience-focused content
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Requirements



  • Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field




  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or communications
  • Bonus: Background in tech, security, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS
