Make an Impact We have an exciting new career opportunity for a Brand Coordinator to join our Emporio Armani team.
Essential Duties Include:
Own tactical responsibilities listed below for EA jewelry category
- Oversee production and facilitation of Go-to-Market sales and training tools
- Execute regional and customer meeting preparations, market setup, and Visual Merchandising Guides
- Manage seasonal newness development calendar
- Manage weekly and bi-weekly internal team meeting agendas and summary recaps
- Partner with EA Watch Specialist on coordination of global fixture buy process for all EA categories quarterly
- Manage seasonal packaging development for both categories in partnership with internal cross functional teams and Licensor
- Collaborate with Global cross-functional teams including Marketing, Planning, Design, Product Development, Packaging, Creative Services, and the License team
- Manage and coordinate EA Jewelry sample needs and communication:
- Internal and external (Licensor) team requests
- Photography samples and PDP approval process
- Showroom organization/management: Development prototypes, seasonal newness samples, and active assortment
- Manage distribution of samples to meet key market events
- Partner with Assistant Brand Manager on:
- Monthly sales reporting for internal meetings and licensor reviews
- Quarterly market research and analysis
- Managing follow-up communication on current projects with internal teams
- Line development: creating visual line sheets, updating coordination decks, developing initial MSRP based on assortment
- Tracking quality assurance with global partners
- New distribution submissions for all EA categories and bi-annual door counts
Your Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business or a relevant field preferred
- Retail experience preferred
- Resourceful and solution-oriented
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset
- Proven collaborator with strong relationship-building skills
- Strong influencer with ability to follow through and drive results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including in live presentations
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Technically savvy
- High proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Slides)
- Strong organizational skills to balance and track multiple timelines
