As a Regional President at First Western, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our Arizona team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver consistent sales, revenue and earnings growth in each profit center and department in line with Company's annual business plan.
• Manage Market Presidents, Mortgage, Treasury Management department heads to ensure each provide high service quality for new and existing clients
• Consistently seek ways to improve service and office efficiencies at the ground-level
• Drive the creation and adherence of an annual business plan for each department, measured by financial results to plan.
• Generate company-wide communication plans to drive effective communication practices across each market.
• Establish sales and service verticals including the creation of new lines of business, product launch and budget creation and mechanism for measuring financial results.

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in computers in general, especially Microsoft office
• Notary commission to be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Excellent negotiation abilities
• Deep understanding of banking laws and regulations
• Team-oriented; detail-oriented; ability to multi-task
• Must be able to lead, and handle high pressure situations calmly and effectively
• Proficiency in computers in general, especially Microsoft office
• Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of people, including clients, potential clients, internal associates, department heads, C-Suite and external vendors
• Excellent negotiation abilities
• Deep understanding of banking laws and regulations

Pay Range: $198,900 - $298,800/YR
