Job Description The Project/Process Manager (Engineering) is responsible for the design, development and execution of strategic initiatives, as well as the tactical deployment of manufacturing solutions.
Qualifications Skills and Certifications
Education Minimum - 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a degreerelated to Manufacturing Managementis preferred. Advanced years of experience may overcome educational preferences. Physical Demands Sitting, standing, walking, twisting, bending - Frequent Ability to Push/Pull 5-25lbs - Occasional Travel 10% - Possible travel to R.R. Donnelley Corporate and other facilities (domestic and overseas). The frequency for travel percentage is subject to change depending on business needs. RRD's current salary range for this role is $94,000 to $122,000 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future.At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
